Create App based on Tutor LMS and Paid Membership Pro

I would love to build an App that will be connected with WordPress and available just for subscribers of some plans. The Flash page of the app has to be a login-in page that sends users to their dashboard with the purchased content. That content is restricted for users without a plan. I don't want the possibility of users registering.
